For returning goods bought online, please return within 28 days of delivery. Goods must be:
- In perfect condition.
- In their original packaging.
Goods returned which do not meet these requirements, will be returned to you at your own cost, or disposed of if they are not claimed within a further 28 days.
Returns must be sent to us at: Sanctuary Aberdeen, 53a Bon Accord Street, Aberdeen, AB11 6EB. We recommend that you use some form of recorded delivery and that goods are well packed and also insured. We cannot accept responsibility for goods which are lost or damaged in transit to us.
- The original delivery charge is non refundable.
For health and safety, we do not accept returns of the following products where packages have been opened
Due to health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns (subject to our discretion) of the following products if the packaging has been opened:
- Beauty Implements.
- Cosmetics and Cosmetic Products, including make-up, creams, toiletries, soaps and accessories, foot spas, nail products and barriers.
This list is not exhaustive and does not affect your statutory rights.
We endeavour to get all goods to you correct and undamaged. In some cases, where damaged goods are received, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. We will send out replacements as soon as possible, and arrange for your goods to be sent back to us.
If an item is faulty, and it is within the manufacturers warranty period, we will repair, exchange or refund once we have confirmation. This may incur a period of time for us to arrange testing of the equipment or products. Once the manufacturer has advised us of the outcome, we will notify you of the options available to you. If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you, at your cost, or disposed of if not claimed within 28 days of notification of the outcome.
