We will dispatch your order on Tuesday, Friday and Saturdays. Some products may need to have a waiting time for stock delivery. Stock is usually received within 2 days, but there can be a waiting time of up to 10 days on occasion. For special orders, please allow longer for your items to be dispatched.
£4.20 for small parcels / £6.20 for larger parcels. Many parcels will arrive next day but it is not guaranteed. Parcels will be sent via recorded delivery.
Orders over £50 can be sent free of charge by Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery. Items may take between 3-6 days from dispatch to reach you.
It is your responsibility to receive and accept the delivery when it arrives. If a parcel requires a signature, or does not fit through your letterbox, then it will be taken to the local post office sorting office or the courier storage, where you can choose to arrange for collection of your delivery. If your order is returned to us because you have not picked it up, and you request it to be reposted, you will be liable for a redelivery charge if the order has already been sent back to us.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or date. Deliveries will not be able to be left with neighbours or in unsecured premesis.
If your order is delayed, we will try to notify you via email or telephone, to keep you informed. We will not always know when a delivery has actually been delivered, so if your order does not arrive, please ensure you give us your order number to look into it for you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we’d love to live in a perfect world, things do go wrong from time to time. When they do, we’d ask you to give us a chance to sort things out.
If your order is incorrect or damaged on arrival, please get in touch with us within 24-48 working hours to let us know. We will require the damaged or incorrect item to be posted back to us, and we will then send out your replacement.
